How do I know if I am eligible for a return?
o be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 7-10 days of receipt.
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a video of the unboxing process, clearly showing the item and its condition upon arrival. The video should be emailed to support@packdost.com within 7-10 days of receiving the product.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products.
- Items that are not in their original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Sale or clearance items.
How do I initiate a return and what is the process?
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@packdost.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- Record and email the unboxing video to support@packdost.com within 7-10 days of receiving the item.
- Once your return is approved, follow the return shipping instructions provided by our team. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
